The M57962L is a widely used hybrid IC for driving N-Channel IGBT modules in medium and high-power applications. It provides opto-coupler isolation at 2500 VRMS, TTL-compatible input, dual-supply drive topology, and built-in desaturation-based short-circuit protection with fault output — all in a compact SIP-14 module. Recommended for IGBT modules up to 1200V/200A and 1400V/200A class. A proven standard in inverters, UPS, and servo drive designs.
