The Isahaya VLA542-21R is a hybrid integrated circuit for driving N-Channel IGBT modules in gate amplifier applications. It provides electrical isolation via an integrated opto-coupler, built-in short-circuit protection through desaturation detection, and a fault output pin. Recommended for IGBT modules up to 1200V / 400A. Widely used in industrial inverters, EV drives, and solar power systems.
