PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
The Infineon IR2100PBF is a high and low side gate driver IC from the widely adopted IR21xx family. It is designed to drive N-Channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in half-bridge and full-bridge topologies. With output drive capability up to 420 mA and support for supply voltages up to 20V, it simplifies gate drive circuit design in inverters, motor drives, and EV charger control circuits.
